





Brand Manager - Beverage

- Analytics, Brand Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, Store Marketing, Digital Commerce, etc. And guides our external creative and media agencies for product marketing campaigns.
- Lead brand communication to drive unique brand for the category in charge, across multiple touchpoint ATLs, BTLs, digital, instore.
- Lead cross functions (R&D, production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run NPD process: new product concept development and testing, packaging design & testing, sales forecasting, new product launching, sales briefing/ training, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the success of the launch.
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources amongst projects. Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related major.
- At least 3-5 year experience in the same position, within Beverage industry is a big plus.
- Strong at brand management, NPD Project, consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, ownership in dynamic environment.
