Eligible customers: All consumers nationwide who purchase the promotional products during the promotion period.

Eligible Products (Goods and/or Services under Promotion):

The programme applies to a range of products of the LOF Kun and Kun line, including:

Nutritional supplement: barley-milk drink with chocolate flavour – LOF Kun.

Nutritional supplements: sterilised drinking yoghurts (flavours: orange, strawberry-cream, blueberry) – LOF Kun.

Nutritional fruit-milk drinks KUN (flavours: Orange, Strawberry, Tropical Fruits, Grape, Cotton-candy Apple, Guava).

Nutritional supplement: 100% Fresh Milk, sterilised (low-sugar or with sugar) – LOF KUN.

Nutritional supplement: Fruit-milk drink with orange flavour with jelly – LOF Kun.

Nutritional supplement: Milk-barley drink with chocolate flavour and jelly – LOF Kun.

Nutritional supplement: Sterilised drinking yoghurt with strawberry-cream flavour and jelly – LOF Kun.

Prize Structure (Promotional Gifts):

Consumers collect 1 „KUN Gift Card (Collection Card)” in each promotional pack of the goods and are entitled to redeem gifts according to the following structure:

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

Collect a total of 12 cards (any) marked “KUN Gift Card (Collection Card)” → redeem 1 Universal Bracelet Kun Kun

Collect a total of 24 cards (any) marked “KUN Gift Card (Collection Card)” → redeem 1 Transforming Pen Box Kun

Collect a total of 36 cards (any) marked “KUN Gift Card (Collection Card)” → redeem 1 “Um Ba La” Back-pack Kun Kun

The customer shall turn over the back of the card to see prize information. If the attached card shows: “CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE WON THE SPECIAL PRIZE”, the customer has won a „SPECIAL CARD” and the prize is 1 Mystery Game Machine Kun.

CUSTOMERS OF THE PROMOTION (ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS):

All end-consumers of Công Ty Cổ Phần Sữa Quốc Tế Lof nationwide who purchase the promotional goods and choose to participate in the programme.

Công Ty Cổ Phần Sữa Quốc Tế Lof shall coordinate with its partners to ensure the promotion is carried out in the promotion territory in accordance with the registered programme.

Công Ty Cổ Phần Sữa Quốc Tế Lof will declare and bear any tax costs arising (if any) for Customers participating in the programme.

Prize winners must bear any travel and lodging costs related to prize redemption; and are responsible for non-regular income tax according to law.

Specific rules for who may and may not participate: The programme does not apply to the employees of Công Ty Cổ Phần Sữa Quốc Tế Lof, its agents, distributors, advertisers, printing-service providers for the promotion.

DETERMINATION OF WINNING PROOF FOR A SPECIAL CARD:

The evidence to determine a win includes the total number of cards issued – both the “SPECIAL CARD” and non-winning cards – issued by Công Ty Cổ Phần Sữa Quốc Tế Lof. A winning card must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Must be a card issued by Công Ty Cổ Phần Sữa Quốc Tế Lof in the correct format and content as registered with the state trade-management authority.

The card must be intact, not torn, patched, scratched, defaced, blurred, and still within the redemption period.

For a “SPECIAL CARD”, the non-scratch‐area code must match the company's security code list issued by the company and registered with the trade authority. Each card has a different code; the non-scratch area must remain intact, not scratched.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION:

To be notified of winning and guided on redemption procedure. The deadline for Customers to contact the hotline to be guided is: 17:00 on 15/02/2026.

For winning cards:

Winner shall call hotline 1900 633 571 (charged call, 1,000 VND per minute) (from 9:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Winner shall take a photo of the winning card and ID card or household-registration book (if under 15 years old) and send via email to: [email protected] or send a message via Zalo account “KUN” at 0912805229; when a confirmation message is received from email or Zalo, the Company will award the prize.

Within 03 days from the date the Customer sends the email or Zalo message notifying the win, the Company will respond to the winner via email: [email protected] or Zalo message at “KUN” account 0912805229 with content as follows:

For customers who win the SPECIAL CARD:

“The Kun brand has received and confirmed your information as follows:
Name: NGUYỄN VĂN A
ID number: 0123456xxx (or date of birth if under 15 years old)
The Kun brand will deliver 1 Mystery Game Machine Kun to you no later than 15/11/2025.”

PRIZE REDEMPTION TIME, LOCATION, METHOD AND PROCEDURE:

Redemption location: at the place where the customer purchased the goods and won.

Redemption method: Công Ty Cổ Phần Sữa Quốc Tế Lof will directly hand over the prize to the customer at the place where the customer purchased and won the prize, nationwide.

Redemption procedure: When the customer comes to receive the prize, they must provide documentation including:

A copy of their ID card or household-registration book (if under 15 years old) or other valid identity documents.

The valid winning card.

The Company is responsible for completing the prize delivery to the customer by 28/02/2026 at the latest.

OTHER REGULATIONS (IF ANY):

If the customer does not come to receive the prize within the specified period, the prize will be handled according to the law.

Công Ty Cổ Phần Sữa Quốc Tế Lof is exempt from liability to pay prizes to customers in the following cases:

The winner fails to receive or respond to the information using the contact data they provided, except where fault lies with the Company.

The winning card is invalid under the terms of the rules.

The winner loses their redemption documents due to their own fault.

The Company has the right to use the name, likeness, voice, address of the prize winner for commercial advertising purposes if the customer agrees.

In the event of a dispute relating to this promotion, the Company is responsible for direct resolution. If parties cannot reach agreement, the dispute will be settled according to the provisions of law.

After the end of the promotion, the Company is responsible for reporting the results of the programme in accordance with the legal requirements on deadlines, reporting documents and attachments.

For prizes without winners, the Company must remit 50% of the announced value of the unclaimed prize into the state budget in accordance with Clause 4, Article 96 of the Commercial Law.
